I Just Want You for My Own by ch_errywrites

I Just Want You for My Own by ch_errywrites

In this short, slice-of-life one-shot, we find Alec coming home to his very festive and adorable husband singing Christmas songs in the loft. The way the author describes the scene makes you feel as though you're standing right next to Alec watching Magnus shimmy and shake. If you're in the mood for a sweet Christmas read, this is the story for you! You won't be disappointed!

Synopsis

Alex Ross can’t catch a break when it comes to Christmastime. With a long history of bad holiday experiences—like getting rejected under the mistletoe or playing referee to his mother’s divorce—he’s just trying to survive it.

New in town and a stranger to everyone, he plans on ignoring the holiday altogether. That would be easier if his ridiculously cheerful new neighbor would cool it on the Christmas hype. Nicholas is annoying and loud. Worst of all, he’s also impossibly attractive and nice to everyone. It’s getting harder for Alex to deny his interest, especially when Nicholas leaves Christmas cookies at his door and wages a snowball fight against him on the coldest day of the year.

Can Alex open up to him and get into the holiday spirit before he endures another ruined Christmas?

Meeting Santa by katychan666

Meeting Santa by katychan666

Magnus takes Max and Rafael to meet Santa, who is being played by Alec under a glamour, at the Institute. Max is beyond excited, but Rafael is skeptical. Will Santa be able to convince Rafe that he's real, and will Alec make it through through the day surrounded by a bunch of screaming kids?

This story is so heart warming! I even felt my eyes get a little misty at times. The Lightwood-Bane family is so adorable and I know that you will enjoy this cute one-shot as much as I did! Highly recommended!

This adorable artwork by AdriCarrollart is exactly how I envisioned Max and Rafe in this story!

Ten years ago, Jon’s passion for the piano took him across country to New York, where a demanding concert career consumed his life and left him no time to look back. His father’s stroke is the only thing that brings him home to Seattle. The sick room makes for a dreary holiday until Jon runs into Bo, whose inner light can make anything sparkle.

Bo loves the holidays; the food, the crafts, the glitter! A fling with an old school friend – who grew up to be his celebrity crush – makes a good thing better. The season turns sour, though, when Jon is offered a gig he can’t refuse. He wants Bo to share the moment, but Bo doesn’t fly. Anywhere. Ever. Is this good-bye, or will a handmade ornament bring Jon home to Bo?
