Through his friend’s introduction, friendly and cheerful Nishino became roommates with Maki, his kouhai in university. Living with the unsociable Maki, whose personality is the opposite of his, makes him feel troubled all the time. But after realizing Maki’s kindness and consideration, he gradually felt comfortable being with him.
This quick read is really sweet! I liked watching the two opposites slowly find a common ground and learn not only live with each other, but respect and admire one another. Of course, feelings come into play and their awkward confessions and misunderstandings will make you chuckle. I wasn't particularly fond of the drawing style; sometimes it looked great and other times it looked odd. However, that did not deter me from enjoying this adorable story!
